4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon purchase or as specified in your service agreement
• Subscription services will be billed according to the selected billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our setup packages. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Third-party software subscriptions
• Custom development work already completed
• Ongoing management services after the first month

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AirHostPros and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Templates, guides, and resources provided to you as part of our services are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or share these materials without our written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local short-term rental regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your rental properties
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

8. Limitation of Liability

AirHostPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from third-party services or software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific revenue or occupancy results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our services will meet all your requirements

Results may vary based on market conditions, property characteristics, and other factors outside our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirHostPros, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
